Return Process
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, seals, and labels intact.
- Health and beauty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items marked as "final sale" on the product page are not eligible for return.
- All returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending the product back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@econobums.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed after the return is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- If you received a free gift with purchase, you must return the gift if you return the item that qualified you for the gift.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
- If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Partial Returns
If you wish to return part of an order, the remaining items will be processed and refunded as usual. We will issue a refund based on the individual price of the returned items. For example, if you return one item in a multi-item order, we will refund only the cost of that item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@econobums.com. Please provide us with photos of the item and packaging. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for the returned product.
Return Restrictions
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Health and beauty products that have been opened or used.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as "final sale" or non-returnable on the product page.
Refund Processing Time

Return Packaging Requirements

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the returned items are received by us in good condition. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not properly insured or tracked.
