Order Processing
- We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- If there is any issue with your order (such as inventory problems), we will notify you immediately.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently ship to U.S. domestic addresses only, including all 50 U.S. states. However, we do not ship to certain U.S. territories or islands that are difficult for USPS to reach or that have restricted service areas. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider, your location, and external factors like weather, holidays, and USPS delays. Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date it is placed.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to the 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories that are serviced by USPS. We do not offer shipping to U.S. territories or islands that are difficult for USPS to access or where there are restricted shipping services, such as some remote U.S. territories or islands. If you're unsure about whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us for clarification before placing an order.
Shipping Origin
Depending on the product, your order may be shipped from different warehouses located within the U.S. or overseas. This ensures that Econobums can provide you with the most cost-effective, high-quality products while maintaining efficient delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear. You can track your order on the shipping carrier's website for real-time status updates.
Modifications or Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and changes may not be possible. To request a modification or cancellation, please contact us at support@econobums.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please:
- Check your mailbox or porch for any notifications or packages.
- Confirm your shipping address was correct when you placed the order.
- Contact the carrier with the tracking number for more information.
If the package is still missing, please contact us at support@econobums.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, if eligible. Note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier, weather, or USPS delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, depending on the situation. Please do not discard the item or packaging before contacting us.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original condition, including all packaging and labels intact.
- For hygiene reasons, health and beauty products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items and inspect them.
- If you received a free gift with purchase, you must return the gift if you return the item that qualified you for the gift.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund for the returned product.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@econobums.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if necessary.
- Ship the items back to us using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
