1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse through our product categories, select the items you'd like to purchase, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout where you'll enter your shipping details and payment information to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal
- Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package through the carrier's website.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that time, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and we are unable to make any changes. If you need to modify or cancel your order within this time frame, please contact us immediately at support@econobums.com.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States and select U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally. Please check our Shipping Policy for more details on the regions we serve.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 5-15 business days. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times based on your location.
7. How do I return an item?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed instructions.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and processed your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.
9. Can I exchange a product?
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please follow our return process and place a new order. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the original item.
10. My item arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards. We are considering offering this feature in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
